30 Day Warranty
All CNC Parts Pro Products are protected by a 30 day warranty, beginning on the date of sale.
What's Covered?
This warranty covers any defects in material occurring during
normal use within the warranty period that render the item
nonfunctional.
How Does Coverage Work?
CNC Parts Pro will repair your item free of charge, or if repair is
impossible, we will cover the cost of replacement.
What Do I Have to Do?
In order to receive coverage, the item must be shipped while
under warranty. A valid tracking number indicating shipment
within the warranty period will serve in most cases.
What Isn't Covered?
This warranty does not cover shipping costs, or any problems
caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting
from defects in material.
What About Refunds?
CNC Parts Pro does not offer refunds, except in cases where
an item is rendered nonfunctional due to defects in material.
Refund requests must be made within the warranty period.
